7 BRIGHT IDEAS to group more peripherals or field-devices for different services in a CROSS cabling layout, designs a flexible, high safety and cost effective STAND ALONE system philosophy that now represent the highest flexibility in our configuration.
  • 1) Connects more devices by means of smart Remote Junction Boxes with embedded electronic (R-JB-C) in groups through two symmetrical cable lines upward their control cabinets, external hosts or top systems by means of 5 LEVEL CROSS link CRITERIA.
  • 2) Control Cabinets with merge functionalities, granting certain and not presumed performances with feeding and data lines respectively redunded through two symmetrical cables paths.
  • 3) Distribution of power feeding lines up to each device, able to limit black-out risk only in case of 6 power sources in F2 version or 3 ones in F1, loosed at the same time.
  • 4) Electronics and mechanics selections, able to protect and monitor against FIRE ( 30 minutes at 700 °C ), short circuits, low insulations, cables cut or disconnections, water immersion IP 68 ( 30 meters for 72 hours ).
  • 5) Sophisticated software able both to adapt given bounds with control laws changing themselves through software algorithms and to isolate single failure extension effects, always maintaining level control priorities.
  • 6) Direct local control from Bluetooth (options), embedded keyboards or manual handling units.
  • 7) CROSS link grouping technique reduces total required cable length for system erection of minimum 50% of traditional systems.
We have decentralized the process functionality and assigned it to each field-device subjected to control, providing it with adaptive capability, and self diagnosis with preventive warnings/ failures selection. Reverse, as the unremitting control / analysis of each field-device is not performed by the top but from each field-device itself in bidirectional way through sources (main and backup), addressing the decision priorities from down upward. External automations or host systems are called only to supervise or command. We provide each unit also with its own internal redundant AC/DC converter in order to separate all the electric failures from the field upward.
In all systems where each sensor, control and/or supervision outstation housed at the farthest field-point are required safe in their functionality, not - jeopardizable by casualties as fire, flooding, collision, blackout, electrical events or functional blocks and unable with a Single Point of Failure (SPOF) to influence next parts. All these well-established premises are complete close examination of risk conditions through FMEA analysis of all events and their classification, pre-emptively detecting and confining a potential looming failure before its transformation in real damage.
